What we believe
- Outcome first. A calmer home and more confident daily routines — defined as something you can observe, not just feel.
- Humane method. Short, step-by-step practice based on observation and positive reinforcement. Never force, punishment, spray bottles, or "dominance".
- Honest boundaries. We are educators, not veterinarians. Health comes before training, always.
- Evidence over hype. We track one observable goal per cat, from day 1 to day 21, and we publish only what we can stand behind.
Credentials and review
Our programs are built and delivered by our behavior team and reviewed against humane-training and welfare standards. The named veterinary/behavior reviewer for the Singapore program, with full credential details, is published on this page before enrollment opens — we publish real names and real credentials, or nothing.
