1. Who we are

Calm Pet Home is a US limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, providing services fully remotely to customers in Singapore. Contact: info@calmpethome.com. We serve private consumers (B2C). If you are purchasing for an organisation, contact us before ordering — different terms apply.

2. What the service is — and is not

  • Our programs provide behavior education and guidance for cats: structured plans, coaching feedback, and educational materials, delivered online.
  • We do not provide veterinary examination, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency services. For an emergency — pain, breathing difficulty, inability to urinate, injury, or sudden serious change — contact a veterinarian immediately.
  • We promise a supported process and an observable routine goal. We do not and cannot guarantee a specific behavior outcome; progress varies by cat, history, fit, and practice.

3. Eligibility and safety screening

Enrollment requires completing our application and intake honestly, including health and safety questions. We may decline or pause a case — with a full deposit refund — when it needs veterinary care, in-person professional help, or falls outside our scope. You agree to tell us about medical changes, safety events, or worsening behavior during a program.

4. Price, deposit, and payments

  • Program prices are displayed in Singapore dollars (SGD). The indicative Founders Cohort price is about S$160; the exact price, any applicable taxes, and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before payment.
  • Seats are reserved with a refundable deposit. The deposit is refunded in full if we determine at intake that the program is not a fit, or if we reschedule the cohort and the new dates don't work for you.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store card details.

5. Cancellations and refunds

  • Before the cohort starts: cancel any time for a full refund of the deposit and any prepaid fee.
  • After the cohort starts: refund terms are stated in your enrollment confirmation. Our refund workflow, response times, and escalation route are provided in writing at enrollment.
  • We may reschedule a cohort when readiness (legal, clinical, or operational) requires it; in that case you choose between the new dates and a full refund.

6. Your content and conduct

You confirm you are authorised to share the information and recordings you provide, that recordings follow our safety instructions (no staged incidents, no provoking the cat, no identifiable third parties or minors), and that you will follow coaching guidance responsibly. We may end a program, with a proportionate refund, where continuing would risk the welfare of an animal or person.

7. Intellectual property

Program materials (plans, trackers, checklists, videos) are ours and licensed to you for personal use with your own cat. Please don't republish or resell them.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, or affects mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in Singapore.

9. Complaints and governing terms

Complaints: info@calmpethome.com — we respond within five business days and try to resolve everything directly first. The governing law and any remaining formal terms are stated in the written enrollment terms you receive and accept before payment.
