The four weeks

  1. Week 1 — Observation and body language. Learn your cat's comfort and stress signals, and agree one observable routine goal.
  2. Week 2 — Calm touch and handling. Short, reward-based practice for touch your cat accepts, at its own pace.
  3. Week 3 — Choosing the carrier. The carrier becomes a familiar place your cat enters by choice.
  4. Week 4 — Getting ready for outings and travel. Small steps towards lifting, carrying and short trips — only when your cat is relaxed at the step before.

Day 21 is a progress check. Day 28 is your summary, compared with your starting point. If your cat needs more time at any step, you stay at that step — the calendar never sets the pace.

Who it's for — and who it isn't

A great fit if…

  • You own a cat in Singapore and are comfortable in English
  • You want calmer handling or carrier practice for your cat
  • You can practise 5–10 minutes on most days and record short clips
  • You want honest, reward-based methods — no shortcuts

Not a fit (we'll refer you instead) if…

  • Your cat has an unexamined medical issue or emergency
  • There is severe aggression, deep bites, or risk to a child
  • The situation is a crisis needing in-person professional help
  • You're looking for a diagnosis, medication advice, or a guaranteed outcome — we don't offer those

Our promise — precisely worded

We promise: a clear, supported 28-day process; feedback on two private practice videos; one observable goal tracked honestly from the first day; and a full pause-and-refer if your cat's welfare requires it.

We do not promise: a "cured" cat, a specific behaviour outcome, or medical results. Results vary between cats and depend on each cat's health, history and environment. Stop any exercise if your cat shows signs of fear, stress or pain, and seek veterinary advice where needed.

Program FAQ

What happens on days 14 and 24?
You upload a private practice clip of up to 45 seconds. A member of our team reviews it and replies within 72 hours with what to adjust, so your second review arrives before day 28.
Are there live sessions?
No. The program is online and self-paced within the 28 days, with written feedback on your videos. No phone calls needed.
What if my cat has a medical issue?
Medical concerns come first. Our questionnaire asks about sudden changes and pain, and cases that need veterinary attention are referred before any practice begins. Behaviour training never replaces veterinary care.
What happens with my videos?
Your practice videos are private: only you and the assigned Calm Pet Home team member can view them. Please avoid filming children, other people's faces or identifying details of your home. We never use your video in marketing without your separate, written consent.
Does the program renew?
No. Calm Care Cat is a one-time purchase with 28 days of access. Membership is separate and optional.
Can I join now?

About 3–4 minutes · for cat owners only. You don't need to provoke a reaction from your cat to answer. If you notice a sudden change or suspect pain, contact a vet in Singapore first.
