Consent, marketing, and choices
- Marketing emails are sent only with your separate, unticked-by-default consent, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
- Consents for practice-video upload and any AI-assisted organization of observations are separate, specific, optional, and withdrawable — and never a condition of receiving the service. Any AI-assisted step is subject to human review and is never used for diagnosis.
- Your videos and story are never published or used in marketing without a separate, specific permission.
Who processes data for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and programs — website hosting and email (Hostinger), secure file storage, payment processing (Stripe), and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising measurement (Google, Meta). Each provider receives only what its function requires, under its own data-protection terms.
Where data is processed
We operate fully online, so your data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, depending on the provider. We choose providers with recognised data-protection practices and use the transfer safeguards that apply where you live (for example, under the EU GDPR or Singapore’s PDPA).
Retention and deletion
- Form submissions that don't lead to enrollment: deleted or anonymized within 12 months.
- Program records and practice videos: kept for the program plus a limited support period, then deleted per the schedule you receive at intake.
- Invoices and payment records: kept as long as law requires.
- You can request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your data at any time: info@calmpethome.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security and incidents
Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for your program. Uploads run through secured links; accounts use strong authentication. If a data incident ever affects you, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Children
Our services are for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect children's data, and our video instructions ask that minors not appear in recordings.
Changes and contact
